No Lending or Origination Services: Vashisht LLC is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, depository institution, or loan originator. Vashisht LLC does not:
- Take formal credit applications (including Fannie Mae Form 1003).
- Issue formal credit decisions, pre-approvals, or commitments to lend.
- Lock interest rates, negotiate credit terms, or process mortgage documents.
Licensed Originator Relationship: All mortgage inquiries, interest rate quotes, loan program options, and formal credit evaluations are provided solely by the licensed mortgage loan originator identified across this Website: (NMLS # ), sponsored by (NMLS # ) (collectively, the “Originator”).

2. Accuracy of Rates & Non-Binding Estimates

Illustrative Estimates Only: All interest rates, Annual Percentage Rates (APRs), points, settlement fees, and monthly payment estimates displayed on this Website are for illustrative and informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, pre-qualification, commitment to lend, or rate lock.
Assumed Parameters: Rates shown are derived from automated wholesale pricing feeds, lender rate sheets, and margin configurations established by the Originator. They reflect assumptions based on self-reported inputs (such as self-reported credit tiers, purchase price, down payment percentage, and property zip code).
Underwriting Contingency: Actual rates, terms, and closing costs are subject to comprehensive underwriting, verification of income and assets, credit report pulls, and property appraisal.

3. Account Security & User Verification

To access personal rate tracking and compare scenarios, you may be required to register and create a dashboard account. Authentication services are powered by secure platform infrastructure.

You agree that all information you submit (including name, email, and phone number) is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords, magic links, or one-time verification tokens sent to your email or mobile device.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website:

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The software, UI design, rate-table engines, layout algorithms, text, graphics, and code underlying the Website are owned by Vashisht LLC, its licensors, or authorized providers and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Your use of the Website grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-commercial license to view and interact with loan estimates for your personal real estate financing inquiries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY RATE INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER VASHISHT LLC NOR THE FEATURED ORIGINATOR MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR DEFECTS. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or use of the Website may, at the sole discretion of the Platform Provider, be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its commercial rules. Any cause of action or claim must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.
